Brian Waymire is the CEO of IWC Innovations and a nationally recognized expert in water treatment and Legionella risk management. With over 23 years of experience in industrial water treatment, Brian began his career at Industrial Water Consulting and later co-founded IWC Innovations in 2016 to lead a value-driven approach to water safety.
He has authored hundreds of ASHRAE 188-compliant water management plans, developed the Legionella Smart Plan App, and led over 200 building sanitizations using the patented HydroTreat™ process. Brian is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and collaborates with health departments nationwide to advance water safety protocols and compliance.
